Disappointing and Fraudulent Experience at Meghavan Hotel, Dharamshala

I am writing this review to warn others about the unscrupulous practices of Meghavan Hotel in Dharamshala. I had booked a room at this hotel a month in advance, but when we checked in in the evening, we were shocked to discover that our booked room had been sold to another customer!
To add insult to injury, we were not the only ones facing this issue. There were at least three other families who had also been victims of the hotel's overbooking scam.
The hotel's management showed no regard for our booking and simply apologized for the "mistake". We were left with no choice so I demand a full refund, which has to be paidTO US . I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW ATTENTION TO DLS GRP OF HOTELS. THE HOTEL PEOPLE ARE MISUSING DLS GRP NAME .
MEGHAVAN HOTEL AT DHARAMSHALA IS A SCAM.PLEASE DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP
Do not trust this hotel with your bookings! Their lack of integrity and professionalism is appalling. Save yourself the hassle and choose a reputable hotel instead.

Too good hotel in mussoorie
Very good hotel, chef 👩🍳 kulbir Singh make amazing food 😋. Staff all 👍. Nice and clean. My room no 215 good view in windows
