We are two families stayed in Mussoorie hotel on 8 and 9th March, 2024. We have very horrible experience. We have premium rooms with balcony incuding breakfast and dinner.
Rooms are very small. They serve buffet but only one non veg and 2-3 veg items. Very very less options. Also all the time the foods boxes are empty and they take 10-20 mins to fill up. If u order omelet then it is ur luck if u will get or not. No manners as they do not serve water on the table. No room service at all.. U hv to call multiple times to get a pillow or even u might need to go to reception to collect. They just deliver two tea dips for whole day for 3 adults. They take money for 3 adults but provide amenities for only two person. Overall i will suggest not to opt this hotel as it will ruin your trip and travel.
Location is very good but worst service worst management worst food…totally unorganised..DLS GROUP…pls look after the management and service…it is just spoiling the feel of the awesome location…the staff is not at all trained…sincere request.
